ORDER AND PAYMENT MODES

For online transactions, Square payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are welcome. You can also order by phone at 819 222-5665.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Time).

SALES CONDITIONS

Our prices are in Canadian currency (CAN $) and do not include shipping costs and custom fees, if applicable.

DELIVERY

Costs and delivery time: Costs and delivery time are given according to the destination and the transport mode selected. We use Canada Post services.

Delivery date not met: if for any reason we cannot deliver the products on time, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the possibility to cancel your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We will replace or give a refund for goods damaged during delivery without any additional cost to the client.

PAYMENT SECURITY

When you make a purchase with the Square payment system, your transaction is directed to an Internet payment terminal under a secure connection. Square’s security and prevention tools are among the most powerful on the market.

You may file a complaint by phone, by mail or email. We will deal with any complaint within three days of its reception at no charge to the buyer.

You can access and modify your personal information at all times on our Website by logging in your Client account.

COMPLAINTS

To make a complaint about your personal information, simply contact us. Your complaint will be reviewed and processed within 3 days of receipt. We will then inform you of our decision. The complaint resolution process is free of charge.

POLICY CHANGES

We will advise you of any change we may have to make to our privacy policy. The date of every policy update will be displayed as at the bottom of each of our Privacy Policy page. In those cases, the Website will be updated immediately. Privacy policies in effect at the time of the order will however always take precedence.
