Migrations in peril
Using a backlit map of animal migrations at risk, the group can have discussions, solve problems, and offer interpretations through a matching game. The goal of this activity is to better understand what migrations are, human impact on them, and how to protect endangered species.
Motivated to work in groups participants are entrusted with different migratory species to encourage discussion. Can bad weather harm them? Are humans also to blame? What about pollution? What can we do as individuals or as a society? Are you ready to migrate towards sustainable solutions?
