Centre de la Biodiversité du Québec“Seasons of the lake”, the result of over a year of video shooting, will delight you with 12 minutes of beautiful images from Lake St-Pierre, an often unknown yet exceptional environment.
Rendezvous with the largest Quebec freshwater turtle, the snapping turtle, and with small and large fish from the St. Lawrence river.
Fun, surprises and learning guaranteed with the interactive activities that make you see, hear, touch... and even sniff smells!
Our otters are as comfortable on land as they are in the water. Come see them in their natural lookalike environment, along with the turtles that appear on sunny days.
You still want to see, touch and smell? You’ll experience a direct contact with some animals in our other two exhibition rooms.
Crayfishes, spiders and other strange animals to be discovered in the touchpool and the terrariums. There is also an exhibition on cervidae in this challenging room.
You’re sure to like our terrestrial turtles, but will you touch a snake? Come learn more about indigenous and exotic reptiles.
